The FMA OUWC is an organisation for Under privileged Women and Children. It is an NGO of the Province which was formed at the initiative of Comide Development Office.

The already existing Training Centre and the FMA OUWC are in the same premises. The big area of Bellefonte is divided into two parts. The compound being big, the OUWC centre is just across the fence from the existing house at Bellefonte.

The community of FMA-OUWC was established on 6th August, 2006 with Sr. Lina Kharjana as its first animator. At the same time it functions as the Development Office of the Province.
