Another presence in the West Khasi Hills District of Meghalaya is the setting up of the community of St. Mary’s Convent, Rangblang.

13th December 1982 saw the opening of the Centre at Rangblang.

Catechetical, human and medical assistance, and educational development were the main targets of the community.
